This Maccaferri copy with a D shaped sound hole was built for a member of the band "Perculator". The Sitka spruce and mahogany instrument has a scale length of 650 mm and an ebony fingerboard. It can have either twelve or fourteen frets to the body. The top and back are domed to increase projection and the D shaped sound hole has a rosette made from decorative rewa rewa wood, assembled in a radiating pattern. The guitar also features a carbon fibre reinforced wooden tailpiece and a bolt-on tennoned neck join.
