All Burgin guitars are shipped with a premium hard case, ensuring your instrument is well-protected for a lifetime of music-making. A Note About Prices

All prices listed on this website reflect the current cost of each instrument as described and are quoted in U.S. dollars, as many of our guitars and mandolins find homes in the United States. Prices may vary depending on your choice of materials, fittings, or custom decorative features. For personalized designs or modifications, please contact us for a custom quote.

Shipping Information

We understand that international customers, particularly those in Europe and the U.S., may be concerned about shipping costs from New Zealand. To make it easier, we absorb a portion of the shipping cost and provide a competitive, reasonable shipping quote with each instrument purchase.

Packaging

Every instrument is carefully prepared for shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Instruments are:

  • De-strung for added protection

  • Padded and wrapped in plastic inside a sturdy hard case

  • Reinforced externally with additional padding and secured with bubble wrap or heavy-duty cardboard

Delivery Time

We ship all instruments via air freight with full tracking. Each customer receives a tracking number, and we monitor the shipment on our end as well to ensure a smooth delivery. Typical delivery times are:

  • 5-7 days door-to-door to the United States

  • Up to 14 days to most other destinations
