This top quality tonewood is the cousin of Koa and has all the beautiful sound and visual qualities of its Hawaiian family. The blackwood is milled in Tasmania from fallen trees, so no lumber was cut down for these guitars. This is a regular and popular model for us - we mostly make orders individually for customers but we occasionally have stock available on the open market.
